Please take a moment to look at this page where you will find all necessary information to download for checking of the resuscitation trolley/grab bag and ordering of supplementary items and security seals.
The organisation in October 2018 merged over to “MyKitCheck” an electronic resuscitation equipment checking program, to assist wards and departments in the readiness of emergency equipment.
Logging into MyKitCheck is simple, please visit the system access (blue section) on the front page of the intranet, you will need to then click on Resuscitation Trolley checklist – this will take you to the section for logging in. Each trolley/grab bag has an individual identification code and MUST be used for accuracy and compliance. All wards and departments have been issued with passwords and these are displayed on the identification tab of the CRASH trolley/grab bag.
The Centralised Resuscitation Store is located in The Resuscitation Office, 2nd floor off the main corridor between Ward 3 and Ward 8. As this area has restrictive access, please ensure you have contacted the Resuscitation Administrator on (01253) 957778 (08:30-14:30 Monday to Friday), a member of the Resuscitation Team on Bleep 051 on Bank Holidays (07:45-16:15) or a member of the Acute Response Team on Bleep 600 (16:30-08:00 Monday to Friday and all day weekends) prior to attending the store to ensure that someone can greet you.
