FAQ’s - there’s something on my matrix that I don’t need to do in my role. How do I get this removed?
A: in the first instance you must discuss this with your manager. There could be a reason this has been added to your matrix. If your manager agrees that this shouldn’t be on your matrix, they need to e-mail Sue Wild at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the reasons for this not being required.
Sue will liaise with the relevant subject matter expert to confirm this can be removed from your profile. Please carefully consider if you may be required to work from another area where this will be required.
