Employee Staff Record (ESR)

ESR (Electronic Staff Record) is a resource utilised within the NHS throughout England and Wales.

ESR has a range of key benefits for managers and employees including;

ESR Self Service

Self Service is the gateway to managing your own data, or that of your team if you are a Manager.

Some of the major benefits can be found below; 

  • Allows staff, supervisors and managers to make changes to personal information almost immediately (without the need to submit forms and the time taken to process them).
  • Staff can also maintain mandatory training compliance with e-learning and enrolling onto classroom dates through My Learning.
  • Staff can also access ESR on any device anywhere in the UK.
