All trainees are sent an Evaluation of Placement (EOP) survey three times a year, and a full survey annually, and are expected to complete the GMC survey as part of their sign off. Focus groups are also held with trainees and representatives from the Medical Education team twice per annum. The information gathered from these mechanisms is analyses and reported back to departments for quality control purposes.
