The successful applicant(s) will be sent an Occupational Health Questionnaire with their provisional offer of employment. This will be completed and returned by the applicant to the Occupational Health Department to assess.

The successful applicant(s) may not take up post until they have been declared “fit” by the Occupational Health department. In some instances a medical report may be requested, or an appointment made. This may cause a slight delay to the applicant(s) taking up the post. The applicant can also be passed ‘fit’ but with limitations or modifications to the post, which would be the Line Managers responsibility to put in place, prior to the applicant commencing employment.
