AfC Job Evaluation

At present due to the vacancy freeze and financial control, all AFC submissions now need to be submitted to the vacancy control panel for final authorisation before submission to AFC.  The details of this can be found on the application form for job evaluation re-evaluation.

This page provides information on the process of banding and re-banding, which will apply within the organisation in line with the terms and conditions of the Agenda for Change pay system.

Banding or re-banding is only appropriate for those positions that have not previously been through the Agenda for Change system or that have significantly changed since the original banding and assimilation to Agenda for Change terms and conditions.
