The ESR and Learning and Development teams receive a high volume of queries, and to ensure we can respond quickly to common questions; we have put together some information and frequently asked questions. Requests to remove/alter an allocated training competence from your training profile:
The L&D and ESR team receive many of these requests and isn’t always the easiest process to remove. The Trust have recently embarked on a project to devise an approved framework of mandatory training that will address issues of adding and removing competencies.
Therefore, as training competencies may be changed as part of this project, we will be ‘pausing’ individual requests to remove/alter. We appreciate that this isn’t ideal, however, our aim is to streamline our processes and improve working practices for us all.
