Staff are being offered the opportunity to take extra unpaid leave.
The ‘Flexible Futures’ scheme has been developed to enable staff to buy extra leave. It is available to all staff whose role would not require back fill when on leave and allows you to request unpaid time off with the agreement of your line manager.
You can request up to a maximum of 8 weeks unpaid leave per annum. Staff who require back fill when on annual leave will unfortunately not be eligible to access this scheme.
If you want to reduce your hours on a temporary or permanent basis, you will need to complete a flexible working request
This is your opportunity if you want to enjoy some additional flexibility, consider a once in a life time holiday or require additional leave for any reason. If you are interested in taking advantage of the scheme then please speak to your line manager.
