Trust Induction
It is of paramount importance that you undertake an Induction to the Trust. This is to ensure all new staff receive relevant risk management training and are integrated in their team in a safe and efficient way. This enables the Trust to give assurance and ensure compliance with its statutory and regulatory obligations
You will be booked onto the Trust Induction as part of the recruitment process, please ensure you attend this induction day.
There are also monthly IMG Induction sessions being held at the Trust. Please see below for the full list of dates.

Good Medical Practice Events
You will also be invited by Medical Education to attend a GMC run Welcome to the UK workshops, which are facilitated by the regional liaison officers from the GMC and are tailored specifically for doctors new to the UK & working in the NHS.

Departmental Induction
You will also receive a Departmental Induction into the department you are starting in. This should be carried out by a senior clinician in the department and will introduce you to the department and show you how to use any systems that you will be required to use.
You will need to complete a Departmental Induction form and have this signed off by the Supervisor completing the Departmental Induction with you.
