Mobile Phones

The Policy detailed below replaces all previous arrangements for the reimbursement of telephone related expenses including line rental and calls for employees claiming a monthly amount for use of their own mobile phone for work usage. The policy also relates to the usage of mobile phones within the workplace environment. If you require a works mobile phone in order to carry out your duties of your role, then please fill in the Mobile Phone Request Form. This should then be sent to your manager for approval.
