Customer Service Practitioner Level 2

Role – Providing customer service products and services within an organisation including face-to-face, telephone, digital and written contact and communications.

Who – This Apprenticeship can be used to support new members of staff into the organisation as Apprentices. Existing members of staff can also enrol onto this Apprenticeship if they do not hold an existing qualification in Customer Service. This Apprenticeship will allow first-rate customer service to be delivered.

Delivery Model – This Apprenticeship can be completed in the workplace.

Duration – 15 months including End Point Assessment (EPA)

Entry Requirements – If English and maths at Grade D/3 have not been previously achieved, Functional Skills English and maths at level 1 will be completed alongside the Apprenticeship.

Link to Professional Registration – Completion of this Apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level.

Customer Service Specialist Level 3

Role – An advocate of Customer Service you will act as a referral point for dealing with more complex or technical requests. You will often be the escalation point for complicated or ongoing customer problems.

Who – This Apprenticeship can be used to support new members of staff with existing Customer Service skills into the organisation as Apprentices. Existing members of staff can also enrol onto this Apprenticeship to further develop their Customer Service knowledge and skills.

Delivery Model – This Apprenticeship can be completed in the workplace.

Duration – Typically 18 months including End Point Assessment (EPA)

Entry Requirements – If English and maths at Grade C/4 have not been previously achieved, Functional Skills English and maths at level 2 will be completed alongside the Apprenticeship.

Link to Professional Registration – Completion of this Apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level.

Business Administration Level 3

Role – Developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services

Who – This Apprenticeship can be used to support new members of administrative staff into the organisation as Apprentices. Existing members of staff can also enrol onto this Apprenticeship if they do not hold an existing qualification in Business Administration at Level 3. This Apprenticeship will enhance their skills, knowledge and behaviours in all aspects of Business Administration.

Delivery Model – This apprenticeship can be completed in the workplace.

Duration – 15-18 months including End Point Assessment (EPA)

Entry Requirements – If English and maths at Grade C/4-9 have not been previously achieved, Functional Skills English and maths at Level 2 will be completed alongside the Apprenticeship.

Assistant Accountant Level 3

Role – Assisting in the day to day financial activities such as data entry to month end management accounts and/or year-end financial statements. May also have some involvement in completion of VAT returns and/or preparation of tax computations.

Who – This Apprenticeship can be used to support new members of staff into the organisation as Apprentices. Existing members of staff can also enrol onto this Apprenticeship if they do not hold an existing qualification in Accounts or Finance.

Delivery Model – This Apprenticeship can be completed in the workplace.

Duration – Typically 15-18 months including End Point Assessment (EPA)

Entry Requirements – If English and maths at Grade C/4 have not been previously achieved, Functional Skills English and maths at level 2 will be completed alongside the Apprenticeship.

Progression – This Apprenticeship provides the foundation for progression into a number of career paths in the Accounting sector including Audit Trainee, Corporate Recovery Analyst, Credit Controller or Tax Accountant.

HR Support Level 3

Role – As a HR Professional your work is likely to include handling day to day queries and providing HR advice; working on a range of HR processes, ranging from transactional to relatively complex and using various HR systems.

Who – This Apprenticeship can be used to support new or existing members of staff to increase their field of knowledge within their HR role.

Delivery Model – This apprenticeship can be completed in the workplace.

Duration – Typically 18-24 months including End Point Assessment (EPA)

Entry Requirements – If English and maths at Grade C/4 have not been previously achieved, Functional Skills English and maths at level 2 will be completed alongside the Apprenticeship.

HR Consultant Partner Level 5

Role – Individuals in this role will use their HR expertise to provide and lead the delivery of HR solutions to business challenges, together with tailored advice to the business in a number of HR areas, typically to mid-level and senior managers.

Who – This Apprenticeship could be an entry level role for new staff members, however, it is more likely to be a progression from a lower level role or Apprenticeship, building on the knowledge and skills gained in that role or Apprenticeship.

Delivery Model – This Apprenticeship can be completed in the workplace.

Duration – Typically 2-3 years, but could be less if previously completed the Level 3 Apprenticeship, including End Point Assessment (EPA)

Entry Requirements – If English and maths at Grade C/4 have not been previously achieved, Functional Skills English and maths at level 2 will be completed alongside the Apprenticeship.
