The Trust recognises that a secondment is often a valuable tool for the development of employees, as it can enhance their skills and capabilities which will improve the quality of the service provided to patients.
This policy ensures a consistent approach is taken and that all those concerned, have an understanding of the process, prior to entering into a secondment agreement.
