The CLeAR team: Dr Rob Downes, Dr Rodina Peachy, Dr Alistair Grey and Dr Henry Collier
The Clinically Led Workforce and Activity Redesign (CLeAR) team, made up of two senior clinicians (Trust based consultants) and three fellows (junior doctors), has been working in the Emergency Department to establish the needs of the patient and link current activity to the workforce by using advanced analytics. This data will help influence staffing decisions and new models of care in the Emergency Village model.
