Patient concerns or complaints should be directed to the Patient Relations team. Call them on 01253 955588/89 or email firstname.lastname@example.org They can help provide confidential advice to help people identify and resolve concerns.
Sharing compliments and feedback
A range of services are offered by our wider Patient Experience team: you can find out details about joining our Influence Panel and contacting our Chaplaincy team, rating our services and leaving a compliment or sharing a story.
