We are a team of specialist nurses who work to make sure children who are looked after, stay healthy. We cover the whole of Blackpool, Fylde, Wyre, Lancaster and Morecambe.
We work directly with young people aged 16 and over, and work with the school nurses and health visitors for children and young people under 16 to make sure you have good healthcare when you need it.
We give support and advice to children and young people on health needs; emotional well being and feelings; lifestyle issues, and can give support to carers, Social Workers and other health professionals involved in your care.

We can visit at your home, school or a clinic environment, wherever you feel comfortable. If you need help with British Sign Language or translation, the team can arrange help through a translator or note taker. |
