At your first clinic visit you will be seen by a doctor who will discuss the reason for your referral, your signs and symptoms, past medical history, any medication you are currently taking, conduct an examination and will then discuss any tests that you require and where possible potential treatment options. If you have been referred with a suspected or confirmed blood cancer you will be given written information regarding your condition and contact details of your key worker, please contact them if you have any more questions after you have left the hospital.
