After being asked to present a number of papers at the International Association for Simulated Practise in Healthcare (ASPiH) conference in Belfast, the Trust’s Simulation and Clinical Skills team represented by Dr Harriet Preston, Anne Marie Walker and Mike Dickinson, were presented with a centre accreditation certificate by Makani Purva – President of the Association for Simulated Practise in Healthcare.
The centre – based at Blackpool Victoria Hospital – was the only the second unit in the UK to receive this international accreditation.
