1). How many hospitals are covered by your trust?
2). What are their names?
3). How many critical care ventilators (not including paediatric ventilators) does your trust currently have?
4). How many of these critical care ventilators were purchased in the following financial years: a) 2019-20 (current), b) 2018-19, and c) 2017-18?
5). What are the product names of these critical care ventilators? Ideally: how many do you have of each product name?
6). How many neonatal/paediatric ventilators does your trust currently have (ie in addition to those mentioned in 3)
7). How many of these neonatal/paediatric ventilators were purchased in the following financial years: a) 2019-20 (current), b) 2018-19, and c) 2017-18?
8). What are the product names of these paediatric ventilators? Ideally: how many do you have of each product name?
9). Do you have other types of ventilator (not including disposable resuscitators) if your trust? If so what types are they and how many do you have?

Please note, the information supplied below was collated on 01/04/2020, prior to the COVID-19 outbreak and the required increase in ventilators as a result. Due to the extraordinary circumstances and unprecedented challenges faced by our Trust during the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, it would not be possible to provide more accurate information at this time. If you wish to submit a further request once this pandemic is under control, we will be glad to provide updated information.
1). There are 3 hospitals covered by our Trust.
2). Blackpool Victoria Hospitals, Clifton Hospital and Fleetwood Hospital.
3). I can confirm our Trust currently has 88 critical care ventilators (not including paediatric ventilators)
4). 2017-18 =7, 2018-19 =0, 2019-20 = 0
5). Draeger Vents = 72, Maquet Vents = 16
6). I can confirm our Trust currently has 4 neonatal/paediatric ventilators.
7). 2017 – 18 = 0, 2018-19 = 0, 2019-20 = 0
8). 4 x SLE Vents
9). Breas = 2, CPAP – 2128 Respironics in the community. BIPAP – 259 Respironics in community
