1). The total spend April 2019 to January 2020 is: £546,716.
Unfortunately we are unable to identify how the amount is split between Medics / Nursing / AHPs.
2). This varies depending on the ward and department, there is no team dedicated to managing the permanent recruitment of the staffing groups mentioned above.
3). We use any CCS framework agency and the fees are in line with the framework.
