1. Please give details of compensation payouts awarded to all staff working for your trust for work-related accidents in each of the three CALENDAR years a) 2012 b) 2013 c) 2014. For each year, please tell me the total number of payouts and the total sum of money paid to staff.
2. Please also provide a breakdown, providing details of each case. So, for each case, please tell me:
a) how much money was paid to the member of staff
b) a brief summary of the accident/incident
c) what injuries were sustained
