- Have your STP identified interoperability projects including shared care records, integration or interoperability, if yes please could you tell the name of the project?
- What are the timescales for these projects?
- Does your STP have budget approved for these projects?

- Yes, Interoperability is identified as a key enabler for the STP. We have a programme of work underway to implement a Health Information Exchange, called the Local Person Record Exchange Service (LPRES).
- Phase 1 of the programme will be complete in April, which is to link all care providers and establish document exchange supporting transfers of care. A next phase is in planning
