Our electronic system only records codes for groups of drugs. The groups of drugs are too large to enable us to extract this information.
To determine if we hold this information and retrieve it would require a manual trawl of patient case notes which would exceed 18 hours. This information is therefore exempt on the grounds of cost (Section 12(1)).
