Would you like to join a NICE committee?

We are currently looking for people who use services, and their carers and advocates (usually referred to as ‘lay members’ at NICE) to join the committee developing a guideline on rehabilitation in people with severe and enduring mental illness.

We would welcome an application from those who have recent experience or knowledge of this rehabilitation and are able to reflect the views, experiences and needs of the people who use services to ensure they are included in the development of this guideline. They would need to be able to contribute effectively in a formal committee setting. Our lay members are paid a fee to attend meetings and we cover travel and other expenses.
