Natalie, just wanted to say how great it’s been having Trish close by for support & advice. It’s been lovely to know that any questions I’ve had or issues I’ve been able to contact her easily and without being made to feel like I’m a nuisance or asking stupid questions (even if I am). Its a great way to learn new skills and challenge myself. I already have contact with patients through my role as a Ward Clerk but getting to know them whilst working as a HCA on the Bench is one of my favourite parts of the job.

I just want to thank yourself Vicky, Paula and all the bench team for your help and patience In assisting me and booking shifts for me, in my role as Bench HCA 🙂 When I commenced my employment with the Trust I had absolutely no idea how to do anything with regard to booking shifts etc…. Until I made the call to your office. Your task must be mammoth, and I can’t imagine how you manage to keep track of the hundreds of shifts available on a daily and weekly basis… and you are all always so helpful, pleasant and polite. So a big thank you from me to all of you, for all your help, patience, understanding and assistance, and I know, you’re only a phone call away should I need anything.
