All patients who undergo an Autologous Stem Cell Transplant at the Lancashire Haematology Centre are sent a patient satisfaction survey following their discharge. The results of these surveys are presented every 12 months by our Clinical Nurse Specialist at our quality meeting and patient feedback is discussed.
