It is hot, hot, hot out there! The sun can cause a lot of damage, so it pays to be sun safe. We asked our Skin Cancer Care Coordinator and Skcin Ambassador, Michelle Forsyth, for some advice:

“With the lovely weather we are experiencing please be mindful the dangerous UV rays are very high so it’s very important we protect our skin.
For best results cover up or apply nothing less than a factor 30 4* with UVA and UVB protection 30 minutes before you are going outdoors, reapply every 2-3 hours. Enjoy the sun safely!”
