The 2022 NHS Staff Survey launches today

The NHS Staff Survey will arrive in email inboxes today (20 September).

Watch out for your personalised email from our survey partner Picker and please remember:

  • The email will come from picker_surveys@picker.org so please do not delete this until you have completed your survey 
  • The survey is now open to colleagues who work on the bank system 
  • You have until 25 November to have your say and make a difference.

 

What is the People Promise?

The survey asks a series of questions which link to the important NHS People Promise.

This promise sets out seven things that would most improve the working experience of the 1.3million individuals who make up the NHS.

  • We are compassionate and inclusive
  • We each have a voice that counts
  • We are always learning
  • We are recognised and rewarded
  • We are safe and healthy
  • We work flexibly
  • We are a team

 

The results of the survey are used to better understand where we are at the moment and where more change is needed. All BTH colleagues are being asked – what do you think about these promises? How are we performing against them and what would you like to see us do differently?
