PUPILS from St George’s School have kindly donated presents for the children’s ward at Blackpool Victoria Hospital.
Students handed a bag of gifts over this week after putting on a concert of Christmas songs for staff and visitors in the main entrance at the hospital.
The presents were received by play specialist Leanne Lamb.
She said: “We are really grateful for all the gifts we receive for the children’s wards at Christmas.
“We are extremely grateful to the young people at St George’s who have thought of us and I would like to thank them on behalf of the staff and the youngsters who we care for.’’
