After reaching the one year anniversary of the coronavirus pandemic, we are highlighting how our community hospital has dealt with the pressures over the past 12 months. Here is the final instalment, Ward 3…
Tracey White is Clifton Ward 3’s manager who has worked at Clifton for more than 15 years.
She said: I came to Clifton hospital in 2007 and worked my way up from Band 5 to band 7. The staff on ward 3 are my Clifton family; they work hard to support each other and make our patients stay an enjoyable experience.
“We work alongside the therapy team to provide rehab for patients. This, pre Covid, included activities in the day room and I know both staff and patients will be happy to get visitors back on the ward and these activities to recommence.
“I feel very proud of the staff on Ward 3 who always work hard and stay positive in difficult times.”
