Rio Ferdinand documentary – local help for anyone affected by grief

Did you watch the moving documentary, Being Mum and Dad with Rio Ferdinand last night?

The ex-Manchester United and England defender was left as a single parent to Lorenz, 11, Tate, eight, and Tia, six, when his wife Rebecca died of breast cancer  two years ago.

The BBC documentary showed his journey through his grief and him meeting up with other men who have been through a similar experience.
