The Trust has a dedicated HELP telephone line which is in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
It can be used by patients or their relatives when they have serious concerns for their welfare and want to get a clinical update and reassurance.
You can call the relatives’ phone line on 01253 955305
The HELP phone is carried by a clinical matron who will visit the patient and assess them within 30 minutes of the call. They will get an update from the clinical area they are being treated in and provide the information to the patient or relative on the same day they have made the crisis call.
