Our Patient Relations Team provide free, confidential on the spot advice to help you identify and resolve your concerns, they will liaise with the Trust staff or refer you to the most appropriate person on a ward or clinical area, provide you with information on NHS services, direct you to an independent advocate for support and advise you how to make a formal complaint if required.
You can speak with a Patient Relations Officer in their office at the Blackpool Victoria Hospital’s New Entrance between 10 am and 4 pm (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) and 10am and 12.30 pm (Tuesday & Thursday)
