Supporting Minds

Supporting Minds is very much open for treatment as usual during the Covid-19 outbreak, we are doing our utmost to ensure we continue to provide our service at this challenging time. Our therapies are currently being delivered over the telephone, video link or online.  We will return to face to face therapy as soon as we are advised that it is safe to do so.

However, if you feel talking to us over the telephone/online would be problematic for you or if you do not have a comfortable safe space to talk, please still refer to us.

We will endeavour to provide a face to face appointment for you.

Stress is a normal reaction to the rapidly changing and uncertain times we are all living in at the moment. If you are feeling a bit more stressed than usual and would like to learn some great ways, to deal with common problems like anxiety, depression, panicky feelings, poor sleep and poor wellbeing then you can self-refer today on our self-referral form, or give us a call on 01253 955700. Alternatively, you can book a place on our online stress control course in our stress control section.
