Occupational Health can assess the employee’s fitness to perform a role which they have been recruited for. We do this fully in line with the Equality Act 2010.
Occupational Health can make pre-employment reports for individuals who may require adjustments or workplace recommendations to commence their post.
We use a bespoke questionnaire to make the initial assessment and assess each case on an individual basis.
We are able to provide Fitness to Work certificates on the basis of information found.
We are also able to undertake pre-employment assessments including:
- Driver’s medicals
- Spirometry testing
- Audiometry testing
- Immunisation programmes
- Skin assessments
- Clinician appointments for health needs which may be identified during pre-employment screening.
We provide all these services in line with national guidelines depending on the role or organisation.
