NEW Library Feedback Initiative
The Library has implemented a new way to gather feedback from our users about the service and how it is received. As people exit the Library they are asked to use two sticky dots to “tell us about their visit”. The dots are to be placed on a board to answer the questions ‘What was the purpose of your visit’ and ‘How satisfied were you with the service today’. There is then the additional option of writing further feedback or suggestions on a piece of paper and posting it into the suggestions box. Results will be collected on a weekly basis and where possible suggestions will be addressed. So far this is proving to be a useful way of engaging with Library users and collecting information for service analysis and improvement.
We would like to ask that all Library users provide feedback and suggestions to ensure that we are providing the best possible service.
