All our staff are legally and contractually obliged to uphold the duty of confidentiality, and any breach of this is treated as a serious disciplinary matter.
Your confidentiality is a legal right under the General Data Protection Regulation, the Human Rights Act 1998 and the Common Law Duty of Confidentiality.
