Bereavement Support

Bereavement support is an important part of care following the death of a loved one. Many people find support within their own network of friends and family. Others may need extra support often available through their own GP. Organisations such as Cruse Bereavement Care can offer some of this extra care. At Blackpool Teaching Hospitals, we are able to signpost you to appropriate bereavement support.

Please feel free to contact the Bereavement and Registrars Office on 01253 953723, or the Patient Relations Team on 01253 955588, or email bfwh.patientrelations@nhs.net
