All inpatient referrals are dealt with internally via Nexus.
Make sure you have the E-Referrals app from Nexus on your profile and you have been authorised for E-Referrals on Nexus by your line manager.

Processing Incoming Referrals
Our service accepts referrals for people aged 18 years and over.
Initially, all referrals are screened to see whether they meet our referral criteria and contain sufficient information. They are then prioritised; a phone call may be made to assist with this.
Insufficient or incorrect information on a referral can delay treatment.
Inpatient referrals may be offered follow up in the community once discharged from hospital. This is to ensure continuity of care and enhance the patient experience.
