Accommodation Information

 

All accommodation is situated on the hospital site.
All accommodation is single share apartments.

There is no provision for couples or families in the on-site accommodation.

All residents issued with tenancy agreement on arrival – to be signed and returned to the Accommodation Officer. Copies can be provided on request.

All accommodation consists of 3 share fully furnished flats.  Each resident has their own bedroom (bedding provided), but you can bring your own if you prefer, you will be responsible for changing your own bed.  There are shared kitchen (fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, crockery, pans, utensils etc), lounge, bathroom and toilet facilities.

All residents are responsible for the tidiness and cleanliness of their own rooms and general tidiness of the communal areas.  Domestic Service provided to lounge (fortnightly), toilet (daily) and bathroom and kitchen (weekly) but does not include washing pots!

3 monthly checks with notice will be carried out to monitor cleanliness/maintenance.

Bicycles must not be stored in the flats, lock up cycle sheds are provided with codes available from the Accommodation Office.

On arrival, keys can be collected from the Accommodation Office, Laundry & Transport Building between 8am and 15:30pm Mon - Fri or from the hospital switchboard outside these hours.

All accommodation keys must be returned to the Accommodation Office/Switchboard on vacation of your flat as failure to do so could incur extra charges.

Fire Safety and all other relevant information will be included in your "Welcome Pack" issued on arrival.
