Grand Round

The Grand Round is a very popular multidisciplinary lecture that takes place on Wednesdays in the Medical Education Centre’s Lecture Theatre from 12.30pm – 1.30pm, with a sponsored lunch available beforehand at 12 noon. The Grand Round is open for anyone to attend.

Who gets involved?

Presenters are invited from both within the hospital and the community, to ensure we offer a wide variety of informative and thought-provoking topics, with stimulating lively debate at the end of the lecture.

These lectures should be used to get a broad exposure to all aspects of medicine and provide supporting evidence of learning to be mapped to the Foundation Curriculum.
