The Trust is launching its second cohort of the Clinical Quality Academy to support clinically led teams to deliver quality improvement ideas, teaching the very latest thinking in the Science of Improvement.
This year’s cohort has been an amazing success. Listen to Mr Rao, Associate Specialist in Urology talk about the many positives from this year’s learning programme.
What is it?
Designed for Consultant or SAS Doctor led teams with a patient-focused improvement idea, the academy will deliver an intensive improvement of teaching, action learning and coaching. This will guide you through planning, testing, implementing, and sustaining your project.
Who can apply?
Effective and lasting improvement is usually brought about through a committed team effort. The application should be submitted by the Consultant lead and should identify 4 other people from the multi-disciplinary team. It is recommended that one of the team has skills in project management and / or the ability to manage data requirements of the project.
