Then Everyday Improvement is for you! Open to all staff within any role, Trust volunteers and patients with an interest in improvement.

You will learn about:

  • The Trust approach to continuous improvement
  • The Model for Improvement
  • Practical tips to get you started in an easy, fun and interactive session
