1. Total number of deaths within the Trust since the pandemic was declared by the WHO on 11th March 2020. 2. Total number of deaths within the Trust for the same period over each of the previous 5 years (2015-2019). 3. How do doctors fill in the death certificates for patients whom they believe died of what has been called SARS-CoV-2 / Coronavirus / COVID-19, and which of those terms are used? 4. Total number of patients who have died within the Trust since the pandemic was declared, as a direct result of SARS-CoV-2 / Coronavirus / COVID-19, meaning that they died of or directly due to, and not with it. 5. How is it determined whether the patient’s death is due to SARS-Cov-2 / Coronavirus / COVID-19 or not? Is there a requirement for a positive PCR result? If so within what time frame would this be prior to the date of death? 6. Of the patients who have SARS-CoV-2 / Coronavirus / COVID-19 on their death certificate, please specify in which part of that certificate it appears – Part 1a, 1b, 1c or part 2. 7. Total bed occupancy in the month of November 2020. 8. Total bed occupancy for November in the previous 5 years (2015-2019). 9. Bed occupancy during the month of November 2020 for patients admitted due to a respiratory problem. 10. Bed occupancy during the month of November in the previous 5 years (2015-2019) for patients admitted due to a respiratory problem. 11. Number of respiratory patients in November 2020 with a positive PCR test for SARS-CoV-2. 12. How do doctors record whether a patient has died due to influenza? 13. How many deaths in the month of November 2020 were attributed to influenza? 14. How many deaths in the November of the previous 5 years were attributed to influenza? 15. Number of covid deaths so far in the under 60 age bracket 16. Number of covid deaths so far in the 60-69 yrs 17. Number of covid deaths so far in the 70-79 yrs 18. Number of covid deaths so far in the over 80’s 19. ICU occupancy for each month of 2020 versus ICU occupancy for each month of the previous 5 years. 20.
