1). All available details on the number of Gynaecological surgical procedures, specifically: hysterectomy (full, partial, and oophorectomy) carried out at Blackpool Victoria Hospital for the last 12 months – i.e. to January 2020.
2). The number/percentage of surgical procedures leading to/causing complications during surgery and 14 day post surgery time frame.
3). The number/percentage of procedures resulting in serious debilitating/life changing complications and death. Please include as much detail as possible.

Primary Procedure Description Total ABDOMINAL EXCISION OF UTERUS 103 VAGINAL EXCISION OF UTERUS 12 Total 115 2). Our systems do not record the requested information in a format that is easily accessible, to retrieve it would require a manual trawl of patient case notes which would exceed 18 hours. This information is therefore exempt on the grounds of cost (Section 12(1)).
3). All of the above were discharged normally, none died in hospital.
