13). Cisco Jabber/Microsoft Teams

14). As the NHS has a requirement to refresh Microsoft Office to continue vendor support, we will be moving to Office 365. As part of the Office365 offering, Microsoft Teams is included – so it is likely we will move on to Microsoft Teams for collaboration, although this is still being tested, and there may be a mix of technologies in the short/medium term.
