I am currently going through a process of loss of earnings for someone crashing into the back of me back in October 2016. My solicitors are saying the defence will say I cannot prove that I would have worked hours on top of my 37.5 hours per week on placement, this is frustrating as most student nurses work on top of doing their scheduled 37.5 hours per week.
My requests for freedom of information are:
1). What percentage of student nurses work whilst they have placements at this hospital?
2). What is the average amount of hours student nurses work whilst on placement hours per week or month?
