I am writing to you today to formally request the following information with regards Growth Hormone treatments at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
In your trust, in the past 12 months [latest 12 months available], how many patients have been treated with the following medications?
- Genotropin
- Humatrope
- Norditropin
- Nutropin
- Omnitrope
- Saizen
- Zomacton
- Response
Our Trust is not a specialist centre for Growth Hormone and as such, in the past 12 months [latest 12 months available], there have been very low numbers of patients treated with a Growth Hormone. As the requested information relates to a very small number of individuals, providing further detail may enable identification thus breaching their confidentiality. Therefore we are exempting this information as personal and applying Section 40(2).
