I am requesting the following information in relation to patients treated by your diabetes, endocrinology and general medicine department;
1). The total number of diabetic patients treated in outpatient clinics for each of the last 3 years.
2). Of the total diabetic patients (from q 1 above) how many are (or were) being treated by means of an insulin pump providing continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (csii) and if possible a breakdown of the brands and or models of these insulin pumps.
3). The number of diabetic patients (from q 1 above) who are utilising NHS funded continuous glucose monitoring excluding short term blinded CGM studies, where the patient cannot see the CGM readings.

1). The total number of individual diabetic patients treated in outpatient clinics for each of the last 3 years December to November were:
2016 1209 2017 1229 2018 1194 2). The number of patients on CSII are 82 of which 2 are on Roche devices, 8 omnipod the remainder are on Medtronic.
3). We have 5 diabetic patients currently on CGMS linked to their CSII devices and 1 currently self funding Dexcom
