1). The total number of consultants on substantive contracts working in the trust (please use the definition of consultant as given on page 1 of the enclosed NHS England standards at:

3). Please provide the number of doctors, if any, on substantive contracts who are on the consultant on-call rota and who do not fulfil the definition of a consultant as per page 1 of the NHS England standards at:
4). If the answer to 3 is yes, please provide the numbers with breakdown for each department in the Trust.
5). If the answer to 3 is yes, please provide the job titles (designations which are presented to patients while providing patient care).
6). If you have any doctors in your organisation on substantive contracts who are on the consultant on-call rota and who do not fulfil the definition of a consultant as per page 1 of the enclosed NHS England standards at:
