I would like to request some financial information under the freedom of information laws – around the trust’s cost improvement programmes over the last ten years.
We have attached a spreadsheet to fill in with the request numbers.
For the avoidance of doubt, we are requesting the Cost Improvement Programme figures under the same definition through which the trust submits data to NHS Improvement.

It is not possible to provide all the requested information due to the cost of extraction exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOI). The data is not readily available and would constitute a disproportionate effort to retrieve and would exceed 18 hours. However, within the allotted time frame , we are able to provide data for the last 5 years.
